By purchasing from The Wedding Paperie, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

ARTISTIC STYLE & HANDMADE NATURE

The client acknowledges familiarity with the unique design style offered by The Wedding Paperie and is happy to proceed based on past work and samples.

PROOFING & REVISIONS

It is essential to carefully review all proofs prior to approval. This includes spelling, layout, card sizes, paper color/type, font sizes, and ink colors.

One complimentary round of text/layout revisions is included. A final proof will be sent for approval before print. Additional proof rounds will incur a $100.00 USD fee per revision.

If an error occurs on our part, a correction or refund will be provided for the item affected. If the error originates from client-provided content, additional costs for rewriting and shipping will apply.

COLOR DISPLAY & VARIANCES

We strive to represent colors and materials as accurately as possible, but colors viewed on screen may appear differently when printed. This is due to variations in monitors and lighting.

The final product may differ slightly from what is seen digitally and such differences do not qualify for refunds or returns.

TIMELINES & APPROVAL

After final proof approval, standard production time is approximately 3–5 weeks. Orders with embellishments may require an additional 1–2 weeks.

Delays in client feedback or extensive revision requests may impact these timelines. If there is any change or extension to expected delivery dates, we will notify you promptly.

PAYMENTS & PRICING

All pricing is listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and excludes shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the rare case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refund the order.

PUBLICATION & USAGE

The Wedding Paperie retains the right to photograph and share your custom pieces on our website and social media platforms.

If you would prefer your order remain private (e.g., due to personal events or publication exclusivity), please notify us in writing in advance.

If our work is published in print or online, proper credit must be given and we kindly ask to be notified of any features.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All packages are shipped via tracked U.S. carriers. A tracking link will be provided upon dispatch.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. International shipping may take 6–10 business days.

We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses incurred during shipment. International clients are responsible for any duties or taxes required upon entry.

REORDERING

Additional prints requested after the original order has been fulfilled are subject to a minimum reorder quantity of 20 pieces. A reorder fee of 20% will apply.

RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our work, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once production has begun.

In the event of a verified error made by The Wedding Paperie, we will either reprint the affected item or offer a store credit for the misprint. Errors from client-approved proofs remain the client’s responsibility.

COPYRIGHT

All designs, artwork, and content remain the sole property of The Wedding Paperie and are protected under copyright law.

No designs, layouts, proofs, or calligraphy may be copied, reproduced, repurposed, or used to create derivative works without explicit written consent.
